      • Beat 130g of butter with a pinch of salt and 250g of icing sugar until a dough forms.
      • Mix and add two eggs (one at a time while mixing) to the mixture.
      • Add a tablespoon of strawberry paste.
      • In another bowl,  add 180g of common flour and a teaspoon and a half of baking powder. Pass through a sieve twice.
      • Add a third of the flour mixture to the butter and mix. Then add 50mL of lukewarm milk. Repeat the process with another third of the mix and 50mL of milk. Finally add what remains of the mixture.

Then you just have to place the mixture in paper molds and put in a hot oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes. For the cover, heat 4 egg whites and 160g of sugar in a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until you get a soft texture.

Then, using a mixer, beat at high speed until stiff peaks are obtained. Then reduce the speed by adding 140g of butter in pieces. Then gradually return to a high speed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
