    1. Strawberry and coconut milk ice cream


      Ingredients:

          • 200g strawberries
          • 200 ml coconut milk

      Preparation:

            1. Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and cut them into small pieces.
            2. Freeze the strawberries.
            3. Refrigerate the coconut milk in an airtight container for at least three hours.
            4. Then take the coconut milk and strawberries out of the fridge. Mix the fruits until obtaining a creamy texture.

  1. Orange ice cream

    Ingredients:

            • 7 oranges
            • 4 tablespoons of honey
            • 100 ml of cold water
            • Orange zest
            • 50cl of water

    Preparation: 

        1. Place the water and honey with the orange zest in a saucepan.
        2. Cook over low heat until the honey dissolves. Then remove the mixture from the heat.
        3. Peel the oranges, remove the seeds and squeeze them.
        4. In a bowl, mix the orange juice with the honey water.
        5. Pour the mixture into small containers. Place in the freezer for 4 hours.
  2.  Coconut and banana ice cream

    Ingredients:

            • 1 banana, as unripe as possible
            • 200ml coconut milk
            • 2 tablespoons of grated coconut
            • 3 tablespoons of honey or sugar

    Preparation: 

        1. Place the peeled banana in a container and place in the freezer.
        2. In a small saucepan, pour the coconut milk and cook over medium heat.
        3. When the coconut milk is about to boil, add the honey or sugar. Put the fire down. Cook for 30 minutes and then let rest.
        4. When the coconut milk is again at room temperature, take the banana out of the fridge.
        5. Add the banana to the blender with the grated coconut and the coconut milk mixture. Mix until you get a creamy mixture.
        6. Pour the mixture into molds or small containers and freeze them for a minimum of four hours.
  3. Peach and Cherry Ice Cream

    Ingredients:

            • 750g ripe peaches
            • 300g ripe cherries
            • 250g of natural yoghurt
            • 2 tablespoons of sugar
            • 2 cups of skimmed milk
            • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
              glaces

    Preparation: 

        1. Peel the peaches and cut them into pieces.
        2. Remove the seeds from the cherries.
        3. In a blender, add the peach pieces, cherries and yogurt. Mixer.
        4. Then add the skimmed milk, sugar and cinnamon powder.
        5. Stop mixing when obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
        6. Pour the mixture into molds and freeze for at least 2 hours.
